How I spent my last long school holidays

        How I spent my last long school holidays

        My last holidays lasted for about 6 weeks.  I spent my 6 weeks long holidays meaningfully and happily.  I truly enjoyed the different activities I took part in.

        As soon as the holidays started, my friends and I organised a trip to Kuching.  We stayed at my uncle’s house.  The next day, we visited many places of interest there.  We went to the zoo, the museum, gift shops and so on.

        We also went to the Damai beach.  We had a lot of fun swimming there.  The scenery there was just fascinating.  We all enjoyed watching lurid sunrise and sunset at the beach.

        We were in Kuching for about 2 weeks before we went back to Sibu.  I went swimming with my friends every Sunday.  I also attended cookery lessons.  I learnt how to make cakes and biscuits.  The lessons were really enjoyable.  Besides, we also went to various interesting places to explore.  We gained a lot of experience and knowledge.

        Every now and then,  I also went window shopping with my family.  I went to the library whenever I could. 

        I truly enjoyed my last long school holidays to my heart’s content.  I gained a lot of experience and knowledge that I could hardly get from school textbooks
